1.1 Minimum Age

To use services on af99, you must be at least 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for adults only. Any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately, and all associated transactions will be cancelled and considered void.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the local laws regarding online gaming in the country or region where you are located. af99 is not responsible for a user's legal status or their local regulations.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account may be operated per individual, household, or household address. If an attempt to open multiple accounts or any suspicious activity is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended.

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on af99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and af99 reserves the right to close such an account immediately.

• The name, mobile number, and identity document details provided at registration must be true and accurate.
• Only one account may be opened per mobile number.
• Opening an account in a third party's name or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

af99 may request documents to verify your identity at any time. If the required documents are not provided, withdrawals or account activity may be temporarily suspended. This process is applied to protect users and prevent fraud.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not give anyone access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Sign out of your account after logging in on a public device or network.
• af99 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from sharing your password with another person.

3.1 Payment Methods

af99 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Funds sent via any other method will not be accepted, and af99 will not be held responsible for them.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

For each method, the minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed on the account.
• Withdrawals will be made using the same method through which the deposit was received, wherever possible.
• Withdrawal from a bonus balance is not possible until the wagering requirement of the active bonus has been met.
• If any fraudulent activity is suspected, the withdrawal will be temporarily held while an investigation is carried out.

3.4 Failed or Returned Transactions

af99 is not responsible for transactions sent to an incorrect number or account. However, if such an issue occurs, please notify our support team as soon as possible — we will provide whatever assistance we can.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Members making their first deposit on af99 have the opportunity to receive a 100% First Deposit Bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Alternatively, deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by af99. Any exceptions for specific games will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred as cash or moved to another account.
• af99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses fraudulently, the account will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

4.4 VIP & Cashback Program

Active members of af99 can advance to VIP tiers. There are four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.1%; and Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Tier advancement is based on active play — full details will be communicated by the management at the appropriate time. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses.

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

5.2 Game Results

Each game has its own rules, which are visible on screen during play. If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error, af99 may cancel the relevant round and return the wager. In the case of technical issues, the log records of the provider software house will be considered final.

If a match is cancelled mid-way or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on af99:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or circumventing bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Using hacking, bots, macros, or any other automated tools to operate games or place bets.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
• Fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Contacting support or other users with threats, harassment, or abusive language.

7.1 Data Collection & Use
